Printable QR Code Sheet
Repeat one QR code across a full page of cut-out labels.
What this tool does
Fills a whole printable page with the same QR code, ready to cut up. It is the fastest route to a stack of identical table tents, handouts, window cards or Wi-Fi slips, and it prints the sheet only — no header, no navigation, no ads.
Pick a size that works at arm’s length
The code size control sets how much of each label the code fills. For a table tent that people scan from half a metre away, 30–40 mm is comfortable; for something handed over, 20–25 mm is fine. Below about 20 mm phone cameras start to struggle, and the tool warns you.
Add a line of text
Turn the caption on to print the link, a room number or an instruction under each code. If you want the instruction inside the code's own frame — a "CONNECT TO WI-FI" bar, for example — build the code in the main generator with a frame first.
Guest Wi-Fi in five minutes
Make a Wi-Fi code in the Wi-Fi tool, copy the encoded data from the panel under the preview, paste it here, and print a sheet of cards for the rooms. The password never leaves your browser at any point in that chain, and the printed cards are the only copies.
Printing well
Set print scaling to 100%, use plain matte paper, and print in black rather than "colour" mode for the crispest edges. Print one test sheet, scan a code from the middle and a code from a corner, then run the rest — printers are not always even across a page.
Privacy
The value you paste is encoded on your device and drawn into the print document as vector SVG. Nothing is uploaded, which matters if the sheet is a Wi-Fi password.
Frequently asked questions
How many codes fit on a page?
Whatever grid you choose — the presets range from 10 to 30 or more, and the custom fields let you set your own.
Can I print different codes instead?
Yes, use the QR code label maker, which takes a list.
What size should the code be?
At least 20 mm, and larger for anything scanned from more than about 30 cm away. The size calculator gives a specific figure.
Can I save it as a PDF?
Yes — choose "Save as PDF" as the destination in your print dialog.
