How the check digit works
ITF-14 uses the same modulo-10 checksum as other GTINs. The results panel shows the payload, the computed check digit and the full 14-digit number.

Bearer bars help scanners read the code reliably on corrugated cardboard and reduce partial scans. They're part of the ITF-14 print specification for cases.

Because ITF-14 is printed large on packaging, follow the recommended dimensions, keep quiet zones, and print on a smooth enough surface for clean bars.
Limitations
ITF-14 encodes exactly 14 digits — it isn't for arbitrary text. A generated image doesn't create a registered GTIN.
